HablaYa 是给说中文的人设计的西班牙语入门课。遇到问题、发现内容错误或有建议，可以在官网在线提交，也可以发邮件到 xzenjourney@gmail.com，一般两个工作日内回复。写上 App 版本号（「我的」页面最下方）会更快定位问题。
常见问题
- 为什么需要麦克风权限？
- 跟读练习要录下你的声音来打分和回放。不允许麦克风也能学，只是跟读题只能听示范，不能打分。可以在 iPhone「设置 → HablaYa」里随时打开。
- 分数是怎么来的？
- 用 iPhone 自带的语音识别听你读的句子，和原句逐词比对，给出参考分：认出的词标绿色，没认出的标红色。录音只保存在你的手机上，不会上传到我们的服务器。如果没有允许「语音识别」，跟读只能回放，不打分，可以在 iPhone「设置 → HablaYa」里打开。
- 没有收到学习提醒？
- 请检查 iPhone「设置 → 通知 → HablaYa」是否允许通知，以及「我的 → 学习提醒」是否打开。
- 换手机后学习记录还在吗？
- 目前学习进度只保存在这台手机上，换手机或删除 App 后不会保留。账号和多设备同步会在后续版本提供。
- 怎么删除我的数据？
- 在「我的 → 清除全部学习记录」中，会同时删除手机上的记录和服务器上与这台手机关联的数据。也可以来信要求删除。
- 为什么在中国大陆的 App Store 搜不到？
- HablaYa 目前只在中国大陆以外的 App Store 提供。

HablaYa is a beginner Spanish course for Chinese speakers. For questions, content corrections or feedback, use the feedback form or email xzenjourney@gmail.com. We usually reply within two business days. Please include the app version shown at the bottom of the "Me" (我的) tab.

- Why does the app need the microphone?
- Speaking practice records your voice for scoring and playback. You can learn without it; speaking exercises then play the model audio only.
- How is my speaking scored?
- Apple's built-in speech recognition listens to your sentence and compares it word by word with the original to give a reference score. Recordings stay on your phone and are never uploaded to our server. Without speech-recognition permission, speaking exercises offer playback only.
- How do I delete my data?
- "Me → Clear all learning data" (我的 → 清除全部学习记录) deletes the data on your phone and all server data linked to it. You can also email us.
